Collection & Return
We arrange secure collection and delivery of your piece through a trusted courier partner.
Once your design is complete, simply submit your details via the form provided. We will coordinate a collection time that suits you, and your piece will be carefully transported to our studio.
After casting and finishing, your completed piece is returned to you in the same way, securely and directly to your door.
Handling Your Wax Piece
Wax is sensitive to heat.
To preserve your design, we ask that you keep your piece indoors and avoid leaving it in cars or direct sunlight prior to collection.
All transport is arranged in temperature-conscious conditions to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Timelines
Collection is typically arranged within 1–2 days of your request.
Once your piece is received, casting and finishing timelines will be confirmed based on your selected metal and design.
